Brown Accused Of Battery

Chris Brown faces another battery accusation just days after he performed in Las Vegas over the weekend.

Las Vegas police said Monday that Brown is suspected of beating a man who was found hospitalized earlier in the day.

The man said he was playing basketball at the Palms Casino Resort when he got into a verbal argument and was allegedly punched by Brown.

He also said he was defending himself when another person with the singer also hit him.

The man took himself to the hospital where he was treated and released.

Las Vegas police said they have given Brown the option to sign off on a misdemeanor battery citation or face prosecution by the Clark County District Attorney’s office.

Authorities say Brown has not responded to the offer.
