“The Essential Diana Ross: Some Memories Never Fade” takes place April 1, 3-4, 8, 10-11, 15 and 17-18.
The show’s setlist will be filled with tunes from throughout her career, which has spanned more than five decades with hits like “Stop! In The Name Of Love,” “Where Did Our Love Go,” “You Keep Me Hangin’ On,” “You Can’t Hurry Love” “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough,” “I’m Coming Out” and “Endless Love.” Between her time heading up The Supremes and her discography as a solo artist, Ross has racked up 31 Top Ten singles and 14 Top Ten albums in the U.S. Globally, she’s sold over 100 million units around the globe.
Ross has not one but two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She’s been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and The Songwriters Hall of Fame and earned many, many accolades over the years including The Soul Train Legend Award, National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (NARAS) Hero Award and Grammy’s Lifetime Achievement Award. It’s no wonder the Guinness Book of Records declared Ross as the “Most Successful Female Vocalist of All Time,” in addition to awarding her its Lifetime Achievement Award.
