Hangout Announces 2015 Lineup

Come May you could be chilling on the beach with Foo Fighters, Zac Brown Band, Beck, Skrillex and My Morning Jacket at . You better figure out how you’re going to get to Gulf Shores, Ala., because tickets go on sale this week.

In addition to the lineup, today Goldenvoice announced it has entered into a joint venture with the Hangout to promote and produce the Hangout Music Festival. Goldenvoice knows a a few things about putting on a festival, having created Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival and its country cousin, Stagecoach. Its portfolio also includes FYF Fest, the new Big Barrel Country Music Festival and the recent acquisition of Firefly Music Festival.

Marking the sixth annual festival, Hangout is set for May 15-17. The fun takes places right on the white sandy beach of Gulf Shores.  

“When we visited the festival we were absolutely blown away. We haven’t found a fan or musician who doesn’t love this festival,” said Paul Tollett, CEO of Goldenvoice.

Altogether, the event will feature more than 70 acts. The lineup boasts Foster The People, Paramore, Spoon, Umphrey’s McGee, Major Lazer, TV on the Radio, Phantogram, Jenny Lewis, Dirty Heads, Krewella, Adventure Club, Lupe Fiasco, Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley, Cold War Kids, Future Islands, Vance Joy, Galactic with Macy Gray, Odesza, Father John Misty, Beats Antique, Trampled By Turtles, Griz, Drive-By Truckers, St. Lucia, Robert DeLong and many, many more.

GA three-day tickets go on sale Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 10 a.m. EST, priced at $249. VIP tickets will be available starting at $1,099.
