Industry Noize: AEG Restocks Northwest

The AEG Live Northwest office in Seattle, which lost its veteran promoter Alex Kochan, has been restocked with Rob Thomas and senior talent buyer Chad Queirolo.

Chuck Morris, head of AEG Live Rocky Mountain Region, and his partners were tasked with filling Kochan’s position.

Thomas, who has run Boulder’s Fox Theatre, Denver’s Fillmore Auditorium and Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre, has been named VP of operations (or something similar – Morris says the titles are still being formalized).

Morris was especially pleased to rehire Chad Queirolo, who exited AEG Live three months earlier and was considered a “big loss” to the company.

He has been working at the Seattle office alongside marketing director Andy Roe and talent buyer Katie Brogan since mid-October.
