Feel The K-Love
You’d need a truck to carry all the GMA (Gospel Music Association) Dove Awards accumulated by the acts on this lineup. Camp received GMA’s New Artist of the Year and Male Vocalist Of the Year awards in 2004 and has since accumulated several Doves, including 2005’s Rock Recorded Song of the Year for “Stay” and Recorded Music Packaging of the Year for his Beyond Measure album.
2011 was a good year for Chris August, resulting in several Dove Awards, including New Artist of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year and Pop/Contemporary album for No Far Away.
Plumb has a Dove on her shelf as well, having received the honor for Modern Rock Album of the Year for 2000’s Candycoatedwaterdrops.
Love & The Outcome may be the newest act on the tour, but the husband-wife duo made up of Jodi King and Chris Rademaker recently received a Dove nom for New Artist of the Year.
