Yonder Mountain String Band’s New Year’s Eve

Why spend only one evening celebrating the new year when Yonder Mountain String Band delivers a four night extravaganza?  Returning to Boulder, Colo., for its fourth consecutive year, YMSB will be joined by a few special guests to welcome in 2015.

Yonder Mountain String Band has been wrapping up the old year while playing in the new at the Boulder Theatre since 2011. Now the band has designated Dec. 31-Jan. 3 to keep the tradition going.

But members of  Yonder Mountain won’t be doing it all by themselves.  Promising plenty of “foot stompin’ and hand clappin’” the band will be joined by special guest violinist Allie Kral and mandolin maestro Jake Jolliff.  Expect more guests to be announced in the coming weeks.

Plus, on Jan. 1 the Boulder Theatre will be serving Bloody Marys and other libations.
