KISS Sued For Spraying Confetti
A security guard is suing KISS and Live Nation for injuries after KISS “foolishly” sprayed water and confetti on the stage during a 2012 tour stop.

Timothy Funk claims he was working security during a 2012 tour stop at the Klipsch Music Center in Noblesville, Ind.(the same venue where Luke Bryan fell).
Funk claims “some of the defendants” sprayed water from hoses onto the stage and into the audience, and sprayed the crowd with confetti “In a foolish and reckless manner.” Funk claims he was injured after fallin on the “slippery, waxy and glassy” stage.
He is suing Live Nation, Gene Simmons and Simmons’ associated company, according to Courthouse News Service. Funk seeks damages for his injuries, loss of wages and other unspecified damages.
