In January, West filed a case against the creators of the cyber-coins that struck a resemblance to “South Park’s” unflattering sendup of the hip-hop star.

West asked for summary judgment against the creators after they failed to respond to the lawsuit

Only two of the 12 defendants responded, according to the New York Post. One, Robbie Hontele, said he’s “executed a confidential settlement agreement” with West. Another, Richard McCord, said he has an impeding deal with the rapper.

Judge Analisa Torres still needs to sign off on the default judgment.
