Industry Noize: Hard Rock Enters Lake Tahoe

Warner Hospitality and the family that owns the property at the site of the former Horizon Casino Resort at Stateline have announced a $60 million renovation in order transform the building.

The hotel will reportedly include more than 500 rooms, a 25,000-square-foot casino, multiple dining options, lounges and indoor and outdoor concerts.

Former Harrah’s and Caesars Entertainment exec Don Marrandino has been tapped to run the hotel and Warner Hospitality CEO Bill Warner will serve as chief of operations.
