Industry Noize: CAA Acquires Marketing Group

Creative Artists Agency has acquired PGW, a full-service experiential marketing company based in Venice, Calif., but with locations across the U.S. The acquisition should give a boost to CAA Sports.

PGW specializes in sports marketing programs, lifestyle marketing services, guerilla and grassroots marketing solutions, mobile marketing campaigns, live event production and event marketing strategies and other services, according to the announcement.

It also creates, manages and produces custom consumer, private and press events on behalf of its brand clients, including product sampling and charity events, private concerts and fashion shows, among others.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
