Triple 8 Management announced the elevation of Paul Steele to associate partner on Monday.

Triple 8 Management elevated Paul Steele to associate partner, firm co-owners Bruce Kalmick and George Couri announced Monday.

Steele joined Triple 8 in July 2017, when the firm acquired Nashville-based Good Time Inc., where he served as CEO and founder. As part of the merger, Steele brought clients such as Judah & The Lion and Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors to Triple 8.

“I am appreciative to George and Bruce for the opportunity to continue to serve Triple 8,” Steele said in a statement. “Strong company culture is hard to come by these days, and I’m proud of what we’ve cultivated together here. Looked forward to what’s to come.”

Triple 8’s 43-employee team works out of offices in Nashville, Tenn., and Austin, Texas. In addition to Judah & The Lion and Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors, the firm’s roster  includes several other Americana, rock and country acts such as Scotty McCreery, Kaleo, Eli Young Band, Chase Rice, Joe Nichols, Mat Kearney, Josh Abbott Band and Whiskey Myers.

“Paul Steele is a music veteran that has long been known for his integrity, leadership and ingenuity, traits that have long made him stand out from the rest, and therefore adds valuable input to the decision making we do at Triple 8 every day,” Couri said in a statement.

Steele joins Jesse Atwell as associate partner, who was promoted to the role in 2017.

Fittingly founded on Aug. 8, 2008, Triple 8 has emphasized a reasonable manager-to-artist ratio in its decade of business, and has helped its artists to achieve No. 1 singles on several charts and award nominations and wins at the Grammys, ACMs, CMAs, AMAs and more.
