Korn, Alice In Chains Coming To A Shed Near You This Summer

Korn and Alice in Chains will embark on a co-headlining tour across North American sheds this summer, with Underoath providing support on all dates and emerging rockers Fever 333 and Ho99o9 joining on select dates.

The 30-city caravan kick off July 18 at Austin360 Amphitheater in Del Valle, Texas and stop in markets including Dallas, Nashville, Toronto, Denver and more before wrapping Sept. 4 at Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, Calif.

Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, March 1 at 10am local time at LiveNation.com. Citi is the official presale credit card for the tour. As such, Citi cardmembers will have access to purchase presale tickets beginning Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 10am local time until Thursday, Feb. 28 at 10pm local time through Citi’s Private Pass program. The tour marks Korn’s first time on the road since wrapping its last tour in October 2017. Over the last three years, the foursome from Bakersfield, Calif., has sold an average of 7,244 tickets and grossed $239,254 per show.

The amphitheater outing adds to a number of dates Korn already has on the books with Alice in Chains and other rock mainstays like Slipknot, Underoath, and Chevelle among others. It’s also booked on major festivals including Welcome to Rockville and Epicenter.

Seattle’s Alice in Chains over the last three years has averaged 3,226 tickets sold and a $183,546 gross per show, performing mainly in clubs and theaters.

Since forming, Korn has sold nearly 40 million albums, collected two Grammy Awards. The band is currently finishing a followup to 2016’s The Serenity Of Suffering. The new release is expected later this year.

Alice in Chains is currently touring in support of Rainer Fog.
