Lil Wayne makes a stop at Exactech Arena at Stephen C. O’Connell Center in Gainesville, Fla., April 4.
Drake still tops the Elite 100 Artists chart for the week ending Oct. 11, but his Young Money brother Lil Wayne is right behind him at No. 2 on the chart.
Drizzy is king of streams, with 127.5 million for the week, the leader in that category for the week and leading him to 89,700 total album units.
Wayne is right behind him in both categories with 104.6 million streams and 82,100 album units. Weezy is finally topping the charts thanks to the release of Tha Carter V, his long-awaited album that was the subject of many lawsuits.
The first non-rapper on the chart is Twenty One Pilots, with a total of 62,700 album units, with their strongest metrics being 30,400 song sales and 59.8 million streams. The band recently added an entire second leg in Mexico, Canada and the U.S. to its “Bandito” world tour.
The leader in the category of song sales for the week was Lady Gaga, who had 186,300. Gaga recently released a wave of new music for the soundtrack to the film “A Star Is Born,” which she also stars in. She and Bradley Cooper have a separate entry at the chart for their work on the album, which logged 19,200 album sales and 10,100 song sales.
Lady Gaga also dropped a cover of Elton John’s “Your Song,” as a part of the Revamp: The Songs Of Elton John & Bernie Taupin compilation, which also features covers from Coldplay, Alessia Cara, Ed Sheeran, Mumford & Sons, Florence + The Machine, Mary J. Blige, Q-Tip and Demi Lovato, and many more.

The category with the highest variance from week to week is usually album sales, and this week is no different. For King & Country moved the most full albums this week, with 34,700 sold after the release of Burn The Ships, good enough to land them right behind Gaga on the chart.
Other artists who saw spikes in album sales for the week include Steve Perry, who just dropped the album Traces, his first solo LP since 1994, and moved 12,000 albums on the week; and Gregory Alan Isakov, who dropped Evening Machines and moved 10,700 albums.
Artists scheduled to release albums this week include Ace Frehley; Disturbed; Elle King; Greta Van Fleet; Lil Yachty; Richard Ashcroft; MØ; and Yoko Ono.
Also, next week’s charts will include albums from St. Vincent; Tom Morello; Ella Mai; Kurt Vile; Elvis Costello & The Imposters; and box sets from John Lennon and David Bowie.
