Eps Group Germany Strengthens Management Team With New COO Ralf Müller

Germany based infrastructure provider eps has hired Ralf Müller as COO, effective May 1. The economist is going to support the management board around Okan Tombulca, Martin Steffen and Martin Dötterl.

Upon graduation, Ralf Müller worked for the publishing group Holtzbrinck in various management positions in Stuttgart, New York City and Munich, most recently as COO of Droemer Knaur, where he accompanied the technological and content orientation from an economic point of view and was responsible for finance and sales.

Müller is also the co-founder of smartsteuer, a company that helps clients file their tax returns hassle-free. He also held positions as CEO of Internet startups in Munich, Germany (Finanzchef24) and Vancouver, British Columbia (Polyas GmbH).

Müller said he was “looking forward to this exciting new task in the eps group.”

Eps Managing Director Okan Tombulca commented: “Ralf Müller has all the necessary skills to adapt the structures of the eps group to the new and growing challenges. He is the best for this task and we are very happy that he is going to create the future together with us.”

The hiring of Müller follows another management appointment in April, when Ceine Kühnel joined eps GmbH as managing director.
