Frank Productions, Majestic Live Rebrand As FPC Live
Majestic Live, Frank Productions Concerts and True Endeavors, all based in Madison, Wis., are officially no more with the companies’ rebranding as FPC Live, just more than a month after Live Nation acquired a majority share of their parent company, Frank Productions Inc.

Led by promoters Scott Leslie and Matt Gerding, Majestic Live merged with Frank Productions in a deal finalized in November. True Endeavors was part of Frank Productions for the past five years, according to a statement.
Leslie and Gerding join longtime Frank Productions Concerts President Charlie Goldstone as co-presidents of the new company, which will take over where its predecessors left off promoting regional concerts and national tours. FPC Live will continue to operate under the aegis of parent company Frank Productions, Inc. and the leadership team of co-COOs Larry and Fred Frank, CFO Marla Frank, and CEO Joel Plant.
FPC Live will also operate the High Noon Saloon (400 capacity), Majestic Theatre (600), Orpheum Theatre (1,200), and the under-construction Sylvee Theatre in Madison (2,500), and outdoor Breese Stevens Field (8,500) as well as The Blue Note (850 indoors, 8,500 outdoors) and Rose Music Hall (250 indoors, 850 outdoors) in Columbia, Mo.
“Frank Productions has more than 50 years of history in the concert industry and we are simultaneously honoring the generations of experience and creating a new, broader team that reflects our vision for the future of live music,” Goldstone said in a statement. “FPC Live will continue the same artist-driven, partnership-based approach that its predecessor companies have championed from club to stadium shows and build upon that for the next generation of our company.”
FPC Live will remain partners with Frank Productions’ other brands: NS2 in Nashville and CMoore Live in Boise, Idaho.
Among the tours promoted by the newly minted FPC Live are those by Avenged Sevenfold with Breaking Benjamin, which launched with a sold-out show at Nashville’s 20,000-cap Bridgestone Arena Jan. 12, and Brantley Gilbert, whose 20-date outing kicks off tomorrow at the 13,840-capacity DCU Center in Worcester, Mass.
