Luke Bryan will take his 2018 adventure to 13 stadiums, including mega-venues in Toronto, Boston, New York, Cincinnati and Los Angeles as part of his “Makes You Country Tour XL Stadium Sized.”
The additions join an already busy schedule that already includes festival appearances and headlining concerts. Bryan returns to the road Feb. 16 when he takes the stage at the JQH Arena in Springfield, Mo.
Detailing his plans during a Nashville press conference Tuesday, the stadium run will feature special guest Sam Hunt along with Jon Pardi. Additional openers include Morgan Wallen appearing May through August and Carly Pearce is on the ticket during September and October. DJ Rock is also appearing.

“My excitement to play these iconic sports stadiums is truly uncontainable,” Bryan said during the presser at “The Steps At WME” where the country artist welcomed the five artists appearing with him on the stadium gigs. “Playing my music live is the reason I do what I do and the energy of the fans is what pushes me year after year to deliver a bigger and better experience. I’m so thankful to be in these venues and cities with some of the brightest names in Country Music. This lineup fires me up and I can’t wait to get this tour started!”
Bryan’s fans apparently love seeing the star in stadiums. His 2016 concert at Chicago’s Wrigley Field sold out by moving 41,819 tickets, grossing $4.57 million. Minneapolis’ U.S. Bank Stadium also hosted Bryan that year, selling out the venue’s 47,219 tickets and grossing $4.54 million. Last year’s concert at Cleveland’s Progressive Field reached 91 percent of capacity, selling 29,789 tickets for a $1.85 million gross.
