Sam Smith Books European Tour
Sam Smith thrilled fans this week by announcing dates for the U.K./European portion of his “The Thrill Of It All” tour.
The trek is named after the English singer/songwriter’s sophomore album due out Nov. 3 via Capitol Records. The project includes the lead single “Too Good At Goodbyes” and the ballad “Pray,” which Timbaland co-wrote and co-produced.

Fans have been waiting since 2015 for a full-fledged tour from Smith. After playing a handful of intimate gigs in Los Angeles, New York, London and Berlin in September, Smith has a few one-off appearances scheduled: the “We Can Survive” annual concert at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl, KIIS FM Jingle Ball at Inglewood’s Forum, and iHeartradio Jingle Ball Tour at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
The U.K./European journey launches March 20 at FlyDSA Arena in Sheffield, England. Stops include Glasgow’s SSE Hydro, London’s The O2, Berlin’s Mercedes-Benz Arena, Paris’ AccorHotels Arena, and Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome.
The previously announced North American leg kicks off June 18 at Toronto’s Air Canada Centre.
Pre-ordering The Thrill Of It All by 12 p.m. on Oct. 24 will get you access to an exclusive 48-hour presale for the U.K./European tour that starts Oct. 25 at 9 a.m. Tickets go on sale to the general public Oct. 27 at 9 a.m. All times BST.
Dates reported to Pollstar for Smith’s 2015 tour sold an average of 98 percent of tickets, with an average gross of $520,602 per show.
