Rae Sremmurd Sued For Concert Injury

An attendee of a Rae Sremmurd concert in October 2016 is suing the duo for injuries he allegedly sustained when they threw full bottles of water into the crowd.

Jonathan Marko, rep for the plaintiff, is suing Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi for negligence, assault and battery plus medical costs and damages, according to TMZ.

The lawsuit says the two allegedly didn’t warn the audience they would be throwing the bottles. One of the bottles hit a male concertgoer in the nose, causing “a chunk of his face” to rip off, according to the lawsuit. The plaintiff claims to have permanent scars and disfigurement from his injury.
