Randall Uritsky has signed on as an agent at Paradigm, based out of the New York office.

Prior to this latest turn he spent five years at UTA / The Agency Group was an event manager at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia.

Veteran comedy talent buyer Lisa Roberts has joined Darin Lashinsky’s Nashville-based promotion company National Shows 2.

Roberts, who first cut her teeth at the A&R department of the RCA Label Group Nashville, worked for several years at Outback Concerts as a comedy talent buyer, booking theatres and arenas nationwide for acts like Mike Birbiglia, Larry The Cable Guy, Jim Gaffigan and Outback Concerts. – Joe Reinartz
