During his arraignment in Wrentham District Court Aug. 8 Ringuette pleaded innocent to making a false bomb threat and threatening to commit a crime, according to the Sun Chronicle. A judge ordered that Ringuette be held in jail on $5,000 cash bail or $50,000 surety.

Ringuette had been working with TeamOps, a Foxborough-based company that provides guest services, parking lot security and other services to a variety of industries including live entertainment facilities.
His supervisor claims that Ringuette replied to an email with a message, sent Aug. 7, that said, “I’ll blow that bitch up,” the Sun Chronicle reported. The supervisor told police she interpreted Ringuette’s email as a bomb threat toward Gillette Stadium, the home of the New England Patriots.
Prior to his arrest, Ringuette had recently been suspended by TeamOps for allegedly making similar threats. The Chronicle pointed to a police report that noted the previous threats are still under investigation.
Court records stated that there was concern that Ringuette could get into the stadium, even though he was suspended, because he still had his uniform and identification badge.
Ringuette was arrested in 2012 for using Facebook to threaten a high school in Attleboro, Mass., with an attack similar to the Columbine High School massacre. He received a six-month suspended jail sentence.
Officials determined that Ringuette didn’t have access to bomb-making materials in the Attleboro case or the current incident, according to the Chronicle.
If Ringuette posts bail he is ordered to stay away from the stadium and his supervisor and must wear a GPS monitoring bracelet. The bracelet will alert probation officials if he gets close to the venue, according the Chronicle. Ringuette’s next court date is scheduled Sept. 6.
