Maximo Park Embarks On North American Tour

United Kingdom alternative rock band Maximo Park has added North American fall tour dates in support of its latest album, Risk to Exist.

The tour kicks off Nov. 18 with a set at the Corona Capital Festival in Mexico City. The band will visit Los Angeles, Chicago, New York and Toronto along the way. The tour concludes Dec. 1 with a show in Allston, Ma.

Risk to Exist is the band’s sixth studio record. The politically charged album was co-produced by Tom Schick (Wilco, Beck, White Denim) and was recorded in Wilco’s Chicago studio, The Loft.

A presale for the band’s fan club members begins June 6 at 10 a.m. local time and an additional presale for Spotify subscribers begins at 10 a.m. local time June 7. Tickets for the general public go on sale June 9 at 10 a.m.
