Bastille Gives NA ‘Bad News’

The release of a live video for the track “bad_news” comes, ironically, while Bastille has good news for its U.S. fans: There will be more headline gigs for the band in September.

The brief excursion is booked throughout the East Coast region. The first shows is in Pittsburgh Sept. 9 and the last is in Philadelphia on Sept. 14. Support for these performances, with exception of Pittsburgh, will be provided by Frenship.

The band just wrapped the U.S. leg of its “Wild, Wild World Tour” earlier this month and is headed to Europe for most of the summer.

Bastille’s new live video captures an intimate performance of the song from the band’s Dan Smith and Will Farquarson. The track comes off the Wild World album, which came out in 2016.
