The new gigs start in Kalamazoo, Mich., Oct. 5, and will continue until Oct. 28 in Wichita, Kansas. The routing mostly sticks to the regional Midwest and South, touching markets like Clive, Iowa, and Mobile, Ala., as well as Milwaukee and Kansas City, Mo.
Ryan Hurd will open these dates for Maren, just as he did for the winter/spring leg of “The HERO Tour,” which concluded in Nashville in April.
A portion of the proceeds from the tour will be donated to “The HEROES Fund,” which benefits fine arts and music education programs.
Tickets go on sale May 5.
Morris is riding high after winning the 2017 Grammy Award for Best Country Solo Performance for her song “My Church.” She was also nominated as Best New Artist and for Best Country Album.
Sam Hunt is bringing Morris on the road throughout the summer, the first stop being June 1 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
