Festival Noize: Bourbon & Beyond, Riot Fest, Lost Lake

Bourbon & Beyond announces its initial performers including Stevie Nicks, Eddie Vedder, and Steve Miller Band … Riot Fest Chicago rolls out its first wave of bands, boasting Nine Inch Nails and Queens Of The Stone Age … Lost Lake Festival shows off its lineup, including The Killers, and Chance The Rapper.

Bourbon & Beyond is making its debut on the festival scene Sept. 23-24 at Champions Park in Louisville, Ky.

Brought to you by Danny Wimmer Presents, the event promises to blend “the best elements of a bourbon festival, a food festival, and a music festival into one all-encompassing celebration in honor of the soul and spirit of Kentucky.”

Festivalgoers will have plenty of options when it comes to F&B, with more than 50 of the best Kentucky bourbons showcased and more than 20 Louisville restaurants represented on site, offering “one-of-a-kind delectable creations.”

Riot Fest is ready to rock Chicago’s Douglas Park Sept. 15-17, with Nine Inch Nails headlining Friday, Queens Of The Stone Age closing out Saturday, and Jawbreaking wrapping things up on Sunday.

The first wave of artists features more than 70 artists, including New Order, Paramore, Prophets of Rage, M.I.A., Wu-Tang Clan, Beastie Boys’ Mike D (DJ set), Bad Brains, A Day To Remember, Gogol Bordello, Taking Back Sunday, Vic Mensa, Dirty Heads, TV on the Radio, Ministry, Dinosaur Jr., New Found Glory, FIDLAR, Bad Brains, Death From Above 1979, Action Bronson, Pennywise, Built to Spill, X, and Peaches.

The inaugural Lost Lake Festival arrives in Phoenix Oct. 20-22, brought to you by the co-creators of Bonnaroo and Outside Lands in partnership with cultural leaders in the Phoenix community.

The event is held at Steele Indian School Park, offering more than 40 musical acts, signature culinary experiences, and interactive games. Festival organizers plan on showing off the best in local food, cocktails and breweries, as well as art.
