Garth Brooks Added To Randy Travis Tribute

The star-powered “1 Night. 1 Place. 1 Time: A Heroes And Friends Tribute To Randy Travis” planned for next week in Nashville shines even brighter with the addition of Garth Brooks to the lineup.

Taking over the Bridgestone Arena Feb. 8, the evening will feature performances by more than 30 artists, including Alabama, Rodney Atkins, Kane Brown, Mark Chesnutt, James Dupree, Jeff Foxworthy, Montgomery Gentry, Ben Haggard, Chris Janson, Jamey Johnson, Alison Krauss, Neal McCoy and many others.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the non-profit Randy Travis Foundation that raises money for stroke research and rehabilitation. Bridgestone Arena suffered a major stroke in 2013.

“Mary and I are so blessed to have amazing friends all over this industry,” Travis said in a statement. “Garth Brooks is an amazing artist who always entertains everyone in the house. I am humbled by his involvement.”
