Latitude 38 founders David Graham, Justin Dragoo and Jason Scoggins will continue to be significant shareholders and owners of the festival that they virtually saved from the ash heap when its original owners were bankrupted its first year.

In the four years since BottleRock’s rookie year misfortunes, Latitude 38 has built the festival into a premier destination festival and one of the industry’s brightest success stories.

In addition to some 80-plus artists gracing four stages, the festival showcases more than 30 local wineries, craft breweries and dozens of Napa Valley restaurants. BottleRock will continue to operate independently as it joins Live Nation’s portfolio of more than 80 festivals including Austin City Limits, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Governor’s Ball, Electric Daisy Carnival and a host of other, major global events.

“The Latitude 38 team has created a festival unique to the Napa Valley that has widespread appeal,” said Live Nation Chief Strategy Officer Jordan Zachary.

“We couldn’t be happier to partner with Live Nation Entertainment,” added Graham, CEO of Latitude 38 Entertainment, in a statement. “This move provides an opportunity to tap into Live Nation’s scale and artist talent resources, which will allow us to continue to develop and improve upon the BottleRock experience – combining great music, food and wine, with the best that the Napa Valley has to offer.”
