Bon Jovi Hosting Opening Act Contest
Bon Jovi is about to make the dreams of 30 bands come true. After taking local and regional acts on the road with the band for its 2006 and 2010 tours, Jon Bon Jovi and the guys are doing it again in 2017.
The band is hosting a contest to find opening acts for “This House Is Not For Sale Tour,” which begins Feb. 8 in Greenville, S.C., and wraps up in Toronto April 11. Each stop will feature a different artist.
“Every great band starts small and builds their rep one show at a time,” Jon Bon Jovi said. “That’s the opportunity we were given and now we want to pay it forward. If you’re ready for the arena stage, submit your audition tapes and join us in playing for the best audiences in rock music.”
