Celebration Of Prince’s Life At Paisley Park

Get ready to party like it’s 2017. “Celebration 2017” – a four-day celebration of Prince’s life and legacy – is being planned at Paisley Park, coinciding with the first anniversary of the singer’s death.

Celebration 2017 takes place April 20-23 at Paisley Park, which is located in Chanhassen, Minn., outside of Minneapolis. Prince’s home and recording complex was opened to the public in October as a museum and memorial.

The lineup for the event features a group of musicians who worked closely with Prince including The Revolution, Morris Day & The Time, New Power Generation, Liv Warfield and Shelby J, along with members of 3RDEYEGIRL. The celebration will also include creative personnel, special guests and friends of Prince.

Along with plenty of music you can expect “panel discussions and presentations on Prince’s tremendous talent, influence and importance as a composer, musician, producer, live performer and filmmaker.”
