Deep Purple Members Ready To Rock Fantasy Camp
Fans of the seminal rock act Deep Purple will get a chance to live their dream at a Rock And Roll Fantasy Camp event next year, where band members Ian Paice, Steve Morse and Glenn Hughes will be present.
The newly announced event will take place March 2-5 in Hollywood, Calif., and will include a chance for attendees to take the stage alongside the rockers at
“[It is] an honor to give back what has freely been given to me, and to help capture the Spirit of Rock Music with the Campers,” Hughes said in a statement. “Music is the healer, and the greatest natural high. Share the love with gratitude.”
The event promises a non-competitive environment with workshops and jam sessions for musicians at all levels. Master classes at the camp will be led by counselors Vinny Appice, who played with Black Sabbath, and Tony Franklin of The Firm.
