Brian Setzer Set For Swingin’ Tour

The dates start in Appleton, Wis., Nov. 12 and end with a show in Santa Rosa, Calif., Dec. 29. Pretty much all the dates are headline gigs and the Ryman Auditorium, The Warfield Project in San Francisco and Firelake Arena in Shawnee, Okla., are a few of the venues which the 19-piece orchestra will be stopping at.

Setzer has been a longtime force in the music industry, achieving wide popularity with the Stray Cats in ’80s and the orchestra in the ’90s. Artists like Firelake Arena have listed him as one of the best guitarists alive.

Last year’s BSO album, Rockin’ Rudolph, will be a source of material for the set, but the band will also be playing music from previous holiday albums, along with some Setzer originals. This year marks the Orchestra’s 13th annual tour.
