Bpop Live Canceled
The now-canceled pro-Brexit event known as Bpop Live, which was endorsed by campaign group Leave.EU, stood on shaky ground from the beginning.
According to Leave.EU’s Andy Wigmore speaking to The Sun, Britain’s electoral commission was responsible for the cancellation. The UK parliament’s independent watchdog group “has been pursuing a spiteful vendetta against us since we reported their crooked activities during the Leave campaign designati – four days before the British public votes on staying in or exiting the EU.
Ticket sales apparently didn’t pick up, as organizers of the concert not only started giving them away for free, but also slashed prices from £23 to £5 on June 14.
