Veteran Agents Dave Kaplan, Randall Uritsky Join ICM Partners
Veteran agents Dave Kaplan and Randall Uritsky have joined ICM Partners and will both be based in the company’s New York City office, it was announced today (May 11). Both join ICM Partners from Paradigm Talent Agency.
Kaplan brings a number of top artists with him, including The Black Keys, Bombay Bicycle Club, Father John Misty, and The Kills.

Kaplan began his music industry career as a San Francisco Bay Area concert promoter and talent buyer He started Easy Action Industries booking agency, which was eventually merged with The Agency Group, where he spent 13 years. Kaplan joined Paradigm in September 2015, a month after TAG was acquired by United Talent Agency.
“Dave is someone I’ve known and respected for decades,” Rob Prinz, ICM Partners Co-Head of Worldwide Concerts said in a statement. “He brings both a tremendous group of clients and great experience with him to ICM. We are very excited to have him.”

Uritsky brings a roster including Dave, City Morgue, Dave East, De La Soul, SOB X RBE, and Yeek. Prior to Paradigm, Uritsky spent several years at The Agency Group and UTA.
“Randall is an excellent young agent whose clients, taste and approach we feel make a great fit for our team,” Prinz said.
