Barry Gibb Joins CAA For Worldwide Representation

Sir Barry Gibb has signed to CAA for representation in all areas worldwide.
Gibb was singer, rhythmic guitarist and songwriter for the Bee Gees – the group he founded with his fraternal twin brothers Robin and Maurice that rose to prominence in the 1970s. 

In addition to his hits with the band, Gibb has written songs for Barbra Streisand, Diana Ross and Olivia Newton-John and has said he plans to write songs for major feature films.

Gibb’s last major tour was in 2014 his last festival appearance was Glastonbury Festival in 2017. He was scheduled to tour Australia and New Zealand earlier in 2017, but had to cancel those dates due to international commitments. 

Gibb participated in Sound Relief 2009, a fundraiser concert for Australian bushfires and flooding, as he and his moved to Queensland in his youth and lived in Australia for many years. Michael Gudinski told Pollstar Sound Relief would be making a comeback in 2020 to help with the recent Australian bushfires, but that plan was later nixed.
Barry Gibb is the last living brother from the Bee Gees after the deaths of Maurice in 2003 and Robin in 2012.
