Slipknot has announced they will be hitting the road once again for their Knotfest Roadshow, and have announced 38 dates starting in Fargo, N.D. on Mar. 16 and wrapping up in Chula Vista, Calif. on June 18.

“It feels so good to get back out on the road with our Culture,” Slipknot’s clown said in a statement. “Get ready for a brand new experience. See you soon.”

In This Moment and Jinjer will be joining Slipknot for the first leg of the tour, which wraps on Apr. 17 at the Pepsi Live at Rogers Arena in Vancouver. The second leg will see Cypress Hill and Ho99o9 opening and kicks off at the Bryce Jordan Center in University Park, Pa.

“Even with everything going on in the world right now, we’re still extremely excited to come back out in the states with two different, exciting packages,” Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor said in a statement. “Whether it’s In This Moment and Jinjer or Cypress and Ho99o9, we pride ourselves in bringing our fans the epicenter of our music and art. Come celebrate with us, and try to stay as safe as we will be.”

Slipknot will be releasing their seventh studio album sometime later this year. In 2021, the band started teasing new material online and released their upcoming record’s first single, “The Chapeltown Rag” in November. The upcoming Knotfest dates will feature fire breathers and “nightmarish creatures on stilts” throughout the performances.

2021’s Knotfest Road Show date on Nov. 5 at the Banc Of California Stadium saw Slipknot bring along Bring Me The Horizon, Code Orange, Killswitch Engage, The Cherry Bombs, The Fever 333 and Vended and grossed a whopping $2.1 million, according to reports submitted to Pollstar‘s Boxoffice. The tour’s date on Sept. 25 saw performances from the likes of Faith No More, Gatecreeper, Gojira, Knocked Loose, Lamb Of God, Megadeth, Tech N9ne, The Fever 333, Trivium, Turnstile, and $uicideboy$ and grossed $2.9 million.

Live Nation is partnering with Slipknot for “The Knotfest Road Show 2022” and will be selling digital collectible NFT ticket stubs to ticket holders. Tickets will go on sale starting on Jan. 21 at 10 a.m. local time.
