Among the tour’s most notable bookings are its stadiums, where Zac Brown Band has demonstrated substantial box office clout for years. The band will return to Chicago’s Wrigley Field, where it grossed $8.7 million across three shows in 2014, 2015 and 2017, onJuly 9, and it’ll descend on New York’s Citi Field, where it sold out two nights in July 2018 for a gross of $4.2 million, on Aug. 18.
The “Out In The Middle Tour” will also bring Zac Brown Band back to Boston’s Fenway Park, where it has sold-out 12 consecutive concerts – a venue record. All told, the group has grossed $31.3 million total at Fenway Park, including $3.8 million at the ballpark on Aug. 8, 2021.
Other noteworthy stops include Atlanta’s Truist Park (June 17), Detroit’s Pine Knob Music Theatre (July 29), Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena (Oct. 20) and Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl (Nov. 4).
Produced by Live Nation, the tour comes on the heels of 2021’s “The Comeback Tour,” which ranked No. 25 on Pollstar‘s year-end worldwide touring chart with $20.6 million grossed.
“Performing in front of millions of fans around the world is one of the most electrifying and humbling feelings,” Brown said in a statement. “We’re so excited to go back out on the road and keep the unbelievable momentum going from ‘The Comeback Tour.’ It’s been such an incredible year for the band, debuting some of the best music we’ve ever made, and we are thrilled to continue playing live for our amazing fans.”
With “The Comeback Tour,” Zac Brown Band continued its overwhelming live success over the last decade. The group has secured a spot on Pollstar‘s year-end worldwide touring chart every year since 2012, averaging an annual gross of $38.9 million from 2012 to 2019.
