Austin City Limits Announces Late-Night Shows Featuring St. Vincent, Phoebe Bridgers, Jack Harlow, More

Texas’ Austin City Limits Music Festival announced a slew of late-night shows Wednesday surrounding its flagship festival, which is booked for Oct. 1-3 and Oct. 8-10 in Austin’s Zilker Park.

Performances for the series, named ACL Fest Nights, run from Sept. 30 to Oct. 10, and will feature artists including St. Vincent, Machine Gun Kelly, Jack Harlow, Modest Mouse, Phoebe Bridgers, Freddie Gibbs, Alison Wonderland, Madeon, Tanya Tucker and 070 Shake at several iconic Austin venues, including ACL Live, Emo’s Austin, Scoot Inn and Mohawk.

Tickets for the shows go onsale on Aug. 27 at 10 a.m. CT. All ACL Fest Nights concerts will requires fans to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the event or full vaccination for entry. Masks will also be required for all attendees.

Austin City Limits announced its lineup, topped by George Strait, Miley Cyrus, Billie Eilish, Rüfüs Du Sol, DaBaby and Stevie Nicks, in late May. The latter two artists were replaced in early August, albeit for far different reasons. Austin City Limits dropped DaBaby from the event in the wake of controversial remarks he made during July’s Rolling Loud in Miami, while Nicks pulled out of the festival along with all her other booked 2021 performances due to concerns about the coronavirus. DaBaby and Nicks were replaced by Tyler, the Creator and Duran Duran, respectively.

Last week, Austin City Limits announced a COVID policy requiring all attendees to present proof of a negative test or vaccination for entry, much like the policy for ACL Fest Nights shows.

Earlier this year, Charles Attal and Charlie Walker, who co-founded Austin City Limits promoter C3 Presents, appeared on Pollstar‘s Impact 50 list, while the company’s Amy Corbin appeared on Pollstar‘s Women of Live list.

Corbin participated in the closing keynote panel of Pollstar Live! in June, noting that Austin City Limits moved 450,000 tickets in about three hours upon going onsale.

“The appetite was insatiable for everything we had and that is very promising for our industry,” she said.
