The Rolling Stones Announce Rescheduled ‘No Filter Tour’ For Fall, New Dates at SoFi, Allegiant, Jazz Fest

The Rolling Stones will roll into U.S. stadiums this fall.

The legendary rock band announced rescheduled dates of its “No Filter Tour” Thursday, after the run was postponed in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Stones kick off their 2021 touring at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis on September 26, and wrap the trek at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, on November 20. In between, they’ll hit 10 more stadiums, including Nashville’s Nissan Stadium (October 9) and Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium (November 11).

The bulk of the tour’s dates are rescheduled, and previously held tickets will be honored. However, three dates are new additions: Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium (October 17), Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium (November 6) and the stint’s sole festival play, at New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival (October 13).

Tickets for the SoFi and Allegiant shows go onsale July 30 at 10 a.m. local time.

Along with Thursday’s tour announcement, the Stones shared that previously scheduled “No Filter” dates in Vancouver, Louisville, Cleveland and Buffalo had been canceled. According to a press release, ticketholders for those shows will be contacted by Ticketmaster, and “where feasible, a priority offer for ticketholders will be available for nearby shows.”

AEG Presents’ Concerts West is the tour’s promoter.

“I’m so excited to get back on the stage again and want to thank everyone for their patience,” Stones singer Mick Jagger said in a statement. “See you soon!”

Decades into one of the most storied careers in rock history, the Stones remain an unparalleled draw on the road. The Band ranked No. 2 on Pollstar‘s Top Touring Artists of the Decade list, grossing a staggering $929.2 million in the ’10s, including more than $100 million in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

In June 2015, the band sold out shows at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium and Pittsburgh’s Heinz Field, where they’re booked to perform this October, grossing $8.4 million and $9.1 million, respectively.

“It blows me away how incredibly they are playing today,” Concerts West co-CEO and president John Meglen told Pollstar in 2019. “I don’t know if that’s just growing up and getting a little better with age, or whatever it is. But man, it’s just like you sit there and watch them and you go, ‘Man, they are just so on.’ And by the way, there’s nothing enhanced up there. It’s all them.”
