“We’ve seen year over year exponential growth with the Ticketmaster Clubs and TicketWeb platforms as well as a steady expansion in marketing tool utilization that helps our venues sell tickets while making it easier for the teams to build shows. There’s been a long productive partnership with Ticketmaster through the years and the positive momentum continues to build, their team is always on point, fantastic engagement and spot on performance with their system. We look forward to a continued mutually beneficial relationship” Morgan Margolis, CEO/President, Knitting Factory Entertainment said in a statement. “Ticketmaster Clubs and TicketWeb has stood behind our company during the pandemic as a partner helping us in multiple areas and working with us to make strategic decision for our future as we begin to open back up.”
Knitting factory only announced it’s agreement to book Fawcett Hall in Tacoma earlier this year. The company also agreed to talent buy for Maha Festival in Omaha in September of last year
The venues are mostly hosting local talent in the coming weeks, but The Dead South, Ween and The Avett Brothers are all playing Big Sky this summer, with more announcements promised soon.
Pollstar recently named Ticketmaster President Mark Yovich to its Impact 50 list. He told Pollstar the company continues to work on paperless ticketing as a priority and is seeing more new shows on sale all the time, around the world in the 32 countries it now operates in.
