UTA Signs Walk Off The Earth, With New Album Coming Summer ’21
–
UTA has announced the signing of multi-platinum Canadian band Walk Off The Earth, which has amassed more than 1 billion streams and video views worldwide.
Over the years the band has accumulated multiple top 5 radio hits, won a Juno Award, Streamy Award and have performed on “Ellen” and “Good Morning America” multiple times in recent years, along with major sporting events, a Volkswagen video campaign and even writing the theme song for “Pokemon Journeys: The Series.”
Most recently, their single “I’ll Be There” ranked in the top 10 charts for 30 straight weeks in Canada and broke into the Top 25 in the US. In October 2019, their seventh studio
album, HERE WE GO! debuted at #1 on the Pop Albums chart in the US and at #3 on the Top Albums chart in Canada. It also rose to the #5 slot on Billboard’s Top Albums Chart.
Known for imaginative, full-band arrangements and covers of popular songs, the group has performed incredible collaborations with artists ranging from Snoop Dogg and Sarah
Silverman to Keith Urban and Steve Aoki.
Walk Off The Earth is managed by Evan Winiker at Range Media Partners, who told Pollstar, “These guys are truly some of the most unique and creative people on stage, and they’ve quietly been selling out massive rooms across the globe for the last few years. In the last two years alone they’ve headlined everywhere from Red Rocks to Wembley Arena to the Sydney Opera House.”
The band is currently working on its forthcoming album due out in Summer 2021.
