Troubadour’s Brian Smith

Brian Smith, who previously booked The Troubadour in Los Angeles, has joined Live Nation s North American Concerts division in its Southern California office.

Smith will program L.A. and other local venues, and collaborate with the booking team there to develop new regional events.

In addition to booking events at The Troubadour including the club’s 50th anniversary event with Carole King and James Taylor  he produces concerts at Hollywood Forever cemetery. Those shows have featured artists including Bon Iver  The xx, The Weeknd and Sigur Ros.
