Vancouver Musician Found Dead

A Vancouver street musician who won a local song contest in August and went missing Nov. 15 was found dead in a downtown hotel a few days later.

Randy Ponzio, 35, was identified by police after they received a call that a body had been found in the Balmoral Hotel, a rooming house, Nov. 19, according to the Vancouver Sun.

Police are treating the death as suspicious, the paper said, although they reportedly found no signs of trauma.
