The Tennessee Court of Appeals has revived a lawsuit
The court determined the 2008 suit should not have been dismissed on technical reasons by Davidson County Chancery Court Judge Carol McCoy, according to the Tennessean.
Black reportedly sued Charles Sussman for breach of fiduciary duty, accounting malpractice, breach of contract and other claims. The filing came a month after Equity Records – which was founded by Black, Sussman and two others – folded for financial reasons.
