Promoter Given Probation

A promoter in Duluth, Minn., who was charged with illegally obtaining prescription drugs over the Internet has received two years probation.

Craig Samborski of Secret Service Entertainment had no prior criminal record and will be required to complete a drug education program, pay a $300 fine and perform 80 hours of community service as terms of his probation.

During court proceedings, Samborski reportedly admitted he’d used the personal information of several business associates without their consent to obtain hydrocodone on the Internet.
