It’s not exactly breaking news that Arizona gets hot in summer, but temps spiking in the 110-degree range make the Aug. 11 the show at Camelback Ranch in Glendale a risk “too great for all involved,” the Chicago-based promoter announced.
It says the heat posed a “serious health risk to the public as well as the working personnel” at the venue.
That date will not be rescheduled. The tour was to continue in Lake Elsinore and Fresno, Calif., – and we can vouch that at least one of those places gets pretty darned toasty in August, too.
