Foxy Brown Released

Foxy Brown was released from a New York jail April 19th after serving eight months for breaking the terms of her probation when she was accused of hitting a woman with a cell phone.

Brown visited her childhood home in Brooklyn, where her mother, Judith Marchand, greeted her with balloons.

A VH1 crew captured the reunion for an upcoming reality show about Brown’s reintegration into regular life.

Brown was on probation for an August 2004 misdemeanor assault charge following an attack on two manicurists at a Manhattan nail salon.
