Jon Stoll’s Recovery Continues

Fantasma Productions CEO Jon Stoll continues his recovery from surgery to remove a blood clot discovered while on vacation in Aspen. Stoll has been transferred to the venerable Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and is expected to advance to outpatient therapy within a few months.

The 53-year-old Florida promoter is making great progress, Fantasma VP John Valentino told Pollstar, and is recognizing visitors. The recovery process can last up to six months but Valentino said he expects Stoll to return to the Fantasma office by the end of the year.

"What we really want to express is how grateful we are for the care and concern we’ve received from everybody," Valentino said. "All business aside, we’ve received so many phone calls asking about Jon’s health and I think it has helped us all remember what really matters. He’s 53 years old and it’s reminded people that this could happen to anybody."

Meanwhile, it’s still business as usual at the Fantasma operation, Valentino added.
