Keith Richards Autobiography
Keith Richards plans to meet with publishers in New York this summer in hopes of snagging a $5 million-plus deal for his autobiography, according to an article published May 17th in the New York Post.
Richards’ London-based literary agent, Ed Victor, described the autobiography as what could be "the greatest rock ‘n’ roll book of all time."
James Fox, whom Victor said has known The Rolling Stones’ guitarist for 30 years, will collaborate with Richards for his autobiography.
Victor also represented Eric Clapton in his just-under-$5 million book deal "Clapton: The Autobiography," which the Post reports will be released in October with a 300,000 first printing from Doubleday.
