Outside Lands Announces 2022 Lineup With Green Day, Post Malone, SZA And More
Outside Lands will be returning to San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park on Aug. 5-7 with a lineup featuring Green Day, Post Malone, SZA and more.
“We are ecstatic to unveil this year’s lineup, which is one of the most dynamic and diverse we’ve ever had,” Allen Scott, co-founder and co-producer of Outside Lands and President of Concerts and Festivals at Another Planet Entertainment, said in a statement. “We are ready to get back to Golden Gate Park with our original summer dates again. Last year’s festival was not only a cathartic experience, but a much-needed celebration for the Bay Area and beyond. We can’t wait to do it all again with our Outside Lands community this August.”
Last year saw the festival moving to Halloween Weekend in October in order to ensure the event could go on amid the COVID-19 pandemic. As festivals return in full force for 2022, Outside Lands is moving back to its usual scheduling during the first weekend of August.
Weezer, Jack Harlow, Phoebe Bridgers, Illenium, Lil Uzi Vert, Kali Uchis, Disclosure, Mitski, Anitta, Polo & Pan, Pusha T, Dominic Fike, Mac DeMarco, 100 Gecs, Kim Petras, Parcels, Wet Leg, Washed Out and more will all be joining the lineup for this year’s event.
Last year’s festival saw performances from Tame Impala, J Balvin, Rüfüs Du Sol, Kehlani and more, selling 222,954 tickets and grossing $33.2 million over the course of three days. In 2019, the festival sold 205,500 tickets and grossed $29.6 million.
Tickets to this year’s festival go on sale beginning April 20 at 10 a.m. PT. 3-Day GA passes start at $399, while 3-Day VIP tickets begin at $799.
