Denis Sullivan Joins Feld Entertainment As VP Of International Touring
Denis Sullivan, a 20-year-veteran of live, has been named Vice President of International Tours by Feld Entertainment, the company announced April 14.
Sullivan joins the Feld team from Herschend Live, formerly Harlem Globetrotters International, where he was vice president of global tour planning. Feld’s portfolio of family entertainment properties includes Monster Jam, Monster Energy Supercross, Disney On Ice, Marvel Universe Live!, Sesame Street Live! And Jurassic World Live Tour.
Sullivan will be based in Florida and work alongside a veteran team focused on booking and development of worldwide touring productions. He brings expertise in tour planning and operations, venue negotiations and strategic planning on a global scale.
His career started backstage in production, but Sullivan moved on to work with Louis Walsh and Boyzone, representation at Canada’s Kurland Agency, heading global touring at World Wrestling Entertainment and leading internatioDenal business development for the Harlem Globetrotters, according to IQ, which first reported the story.
His career in live entertainment has taken him from humble beginnings in production to working with Louis Walsh and Boyzone, repping artists at the Kurland Agency, heading up global touring at World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and leading business development internationally for the world’s most famous exhibition basketball team, Harlem Globetrotters.
Sullivan’s hiring marks yet another signal that Feld Entertainment is ramping back on the global stage after taking a devastating punch from the COVID pandemic. When everything shut down, Feld had shows, equipment, performers and other staff in Indonesia, Singapore, Germany, “all over Europe, and all over the U.S.,” CEO Kenneth Feld told Pollstar last year.

“And we had people there, so we had to get well over 1,000 people back to where they came from. Some were in the Ukraine, Russia, Japan, and different places beyond the U.S. and Canada, so that was a logistical challenge.in all corners of the world when everything suddenly shut down, there was no small matter (and cost) of bringing performers and associates back to the U.S. and getting staging and equipment back, too,” Feld added
With audience and other restrictions being gradually lifted across the world, Sullivan’s appointment appears to round out a touring team that is ready to hit the ground running on a global scale.
