Dua Lipa completed the opening leg of “Future Nostalgia” at the beginning of April after a seven-week trek through North America that brought in $40 million at the box office from 29 concerts at 28 arenas, according to Pollstar’s most recent Box Office Insider. Overall, her sold-ticket count reached 393,825, the third-highest total among all touring artists worldwide since the beginning of the year. Only Bad Bunny and Coldplay top that number – both with attendance totals over half a million.
Dua Lipa has remained a strong and steady presence on the Pollstar charts since launching the tour. She has appeared on the Artist Power Index every week since the chart debuted in February and held No. 1 for two of them. She ranked third behind Justin Bieber, and Ed Sheeran based on ticket sales, streaming, airplay and social performance at the time of writing.
Dua Lipa’s 2022 summer also includes a couple of festival headline performances, including Lollapalooza Chicago, IL, July 28-31, alongside Metallica, and J.Cole, and Firefly in Dover, DE, Sept. 22-25, alongside Halsey, My Chemical Romance, and Green Day.
